David Moore
Director
David is OMG’s ‘ideas man’ and leads the research and development of products. It is he who came up with the idea of the bespoke sugars and unique ‘free from’ all natural donut mix and also created the prototype for the bespoke sugars made from real fruit, vegetables and spices.
David works tirelessly in improving the donut base mix; in creating new sugars and now also drizzles. Of course, these are all made in a very large factory in Australia, but the ideas come from David’s very creative brain.
David also coaches the many independent OMG! business owners in the OMG! network in business management and planning.
Together with the company accountant and bookkeeper, David manages the business finances and oversees the logistics of ordering and transport of donut mix and sugars.
Andrew Clarke
Director
Andrew is pivotal to quality assurance throughout the entire network of OMG! independent business owners.
With his extraordinary attention to detail (some call it OCD) which is unusually combined with his easy going happy nature, Andrew is the ideal person to lead the training for all new OMG! business owners.
When it comes to making or learning to make the perfect donut, Andrew is our guy.
Andrew is also pivotal to the research and development of new products to the OMG! range and protecting brand consistency throughout the network.
Steven Morris
Director
Steven has been a commercial lawyer for more than 40 years. Apart from his directorship of OMG!, Steve also has his own commercial law firm. Steve’s steady hand and long experience in business enables him to guide OMG!, managing compliance, trademarks, copyright and IP protection and any other commercial legal matters.
Steve also has the role of leading OMG!s burgeoning global expansion.
While he can’t be the lawyer for the network of OMG! independent business owners, he can be their friend and he also provides friendly advice to help and assist when needed.
Diane O’Reilly
Director
Di leads the marketing elements of OMG! Decadent Donuts. Her long history in PR and marketing consulting gives her a great depth of experience in this area.
Di’s role includes growth of the business in terms of donut sales and also recruitment of OMG! independent business owners both in Australia and elsewhere.
Her responsibilities include national PR, national marketing initiatives, management of key stake holders and peak bodies.
Brand management and assisting OMG!’s network of business owners with their marketing endeavours also fall under her leadership.

Marketing Manager
With a long history of marketing, event management and even farmers market management Kath brings a strong, creative and thorough process to the marketing of the OMG! brand and is an invaluable support to the OMG! independent business owners. Kath plays a huge role in the business and we wonder what we ever did without her!
