How can the donuts taste so good when they are both gluten free and vegan?
It took us years and years of trial and error to perfect the mix. For a product that is 100% natural, it sure took a lot of science to perfect it! We worked closely with qualified food scientists and technicians to create the amazing donut mix that makes our hot fresh decadently delicious donuts.

Are OMG! Decadent Donuts healthy?
Nope. They are a treat and they’ll sure make you feel happy! They are 100% natural with nothing artificial.
They also won’t make you ill (or worse) if you have a food allergy or intolerance to any of our listed common allergens.
Are OMG! Decadent Donuts certified vegan?
Why yes, they are! OMG! Decadent Donuts are entirely plant-based. We are certified by Vegan Australia.
Are OMG! donuts certified by Coeliac Australia?
Yes, they are and each OMG! business is also accredited by Coeliac Australia.
Can you be sure that nothing contains gluten, egg, nuts, dairy, wheat, and sulphites?
Yes, each batch of donut mix, and sugars are manufactured in a completely contaminate-free factory. Not only this, but each 1kg batch of Donut Mix is sealed in foil packaging for added protection.
What are the donuts made of?
Maize starch & soy flour are the main ingredients. Find the full ingredients list and nutritional information here.
What are the main ingredients for the sugar dustings?
The ingredients are whole fruits, vegetables, spices and natural sugar.
Do the donuts contain trans fats?
OMG! Decadent Donuts are cooked in high oleic sunflower oil, which is naturally free of trans fats. This type of oil is known for being a healthier option due to its high monounsaturated fat content and low levels of saturated fat.
How long do the donuts last once purchased?
There are no preservatives in our donut mix or flavoured sugars, so ideally, they would be best eaten on the day of purchase, or the next day at the latest. If you’re looking to store them for longer periods, we would suggest freezing them for up to 3-4 weeks max.
From frozen, it’s best to thaw the donut and then either, (1) give them a short 10-15 second zap in the microwave, or ideally (2) reheat in an air fryer for 3 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius, or lastly (3) the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius, but turn them over after 5min.
What is ‘Clean Labelling’?
Clean labelling refers to the practice of using simple, easily understandable language to describe ingredients on product packaging, rather than obscure codes and numbers. Instead of cryptic terms like “E330” (citric acid) or “E211” (sodium benzoate), clean labelling advocates for clear and concise descriptions like “lemon juice concentrate”. Is OMG! a Franchise?
In Australia and New Zealand, no, OMG! Decadent Donuts is established as a licensed business model, not a franchise.
Contract laws differ from country to country, as we expand to other countries, their laws may mean we will need to go down a business contract or franchise path in those places.
The licensed business model is simple and financially effective for all involved. It’s a business where you work for yourself, but not by yourself, and the money you make is yours, paying no franchise royalty fees or levies.
Under the licence model, each licensee has an exclusive geographical region within which they can trade in any manner they wish, in line of course with the OMG! Donuts branding, and other guidelines.
From farmers’ markets to shopping centres, pop-ups to deliveries or establishing their own donut shop or catering operation, each OMG! business owners is free to work within their region, operating in as many locations as they like, with just one set-up or multiple set-ups, trading 1 day a week or 7 days.
Is your nutritional information accurate?
As a handmade (with love) product there may be slight variations to the nutritional information of our donuts as size per serve may vary by tiny amounts. Nutritional information is based on the average quantity per serving being 60gm – 1 donut.
Are OMG! Decadent donuts and toppings Pareve certified?
Yes, all our sugars and donut mix are certified Pareve by Kosher Australia.
Are OMG! Decadent donuts and toppings Halal certified?
Yes, all are certified by the Halal Authority of Australia.
