Here are some answer to our most frequently asked questions:

Do you have a shop?

– No, we are a mobile business run from our trailer and no fixed location.  To find out when we are open see our list below.

Do you deliver?

– No, we do not currently offer delivery.  Customers will need to come and find us to pick up their decadent treats.

Can I preorder donuts for pick-up?

– Currently we don’t offer pre orders for donuts but watch this space for our new online order coming soon exclusive to OMG! Byron Bay & Ballina

Do we cater for parties/weddings/functions?

– Yes we absolutely do, however we are extremely busy and do book up quickly! Contact us with all the details you can using the contact us form below.  As a minimum please include date, time, location and roughly what sort of catering you are looking for.  We will get back to you with availability and what we can offer.

Can you just turn up and sell at our School/Workplace?

– Unfortunately we are unable to just turn up and sell like an ice cream truck would do.  As we don’t precook anything, and all our donuts are fresh it takes an hour to set up, an hour to pack down plus all the extra time after we finish up (cleaning etc.) on top of the time we do cook and serve our donuts.  If you wish to have donuts then please contact us to see about our catering packages.
